Enterprise evaluation
Security and service availability.
Review how enterprise sign-in works, how users are provisioned and what Enablism commits to for service availability.
How do you handle SSO and user provisioning for enterprise teams?
Enablism supports SAML 2.0 single sign-on. Administrators configure the identity provider and choose whether to enable just-in-time provisioning. When enabled, just-in-time provisioning creates a user account at first successful SSO sign-in using the configured identity and role settings.
Configure the user identity from the SAML NameID or a specified attribute. Set the default role for newly provisioned users and test access before enforcing SSO. Enterprise setup and any associated fees are agreed for the deployment.
- Identity provider setup
- Import SAML metadata or supply the Entity ID, SSO URL and X.509 certificate. Use Enablism's service-provider metadata to configure the application in your identity provider.
- Account creation
- Choose pre-created accounts or configured just-in-time provisioning. Confirm the user's identity value, email and intended role during testing.
- Access enforcement
- Test SSO with the required administrators before disabling credential-based sign-in. Agree who owns account access reviews and offboarding.
- SCIM and offboarding
- Confirm requirements for directory synchronization, SCIM and automatic deprovisioning during the security review. SAML sign-in and just-in-time account creation do not establish an automatic user-removal process.
- Showpad deployments
- Showpad SSO and Enablism's administrator SSO are configured separately. Showpad identity settings do not automatically configure Enablism administrator access.
Do you offer an SLA with guaranteed uptime?
Enablism does not offer a formal SLA with a guaranteed uptime percentage under its standard Terms of Service. Enablism commits to commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability. The platform is designed for high availability and redundancy.
The availability commitment is subject to planned maintenance, emergency maintenance and events beyond Enablism's reasonable control, including cloud-provider or internet outages. The standard terms do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Support services follow the description in your Order or other written agreement.
Read section 11: Availability, Support, and Changes to the Services and section 12: Disclaimers for the governing language.
What should our IT team confirm before rollout?
Identity and access
Name the identity provider, agree the SAML identity mapping and test the roles assigned to new users. Include sign-in failure and offboarding checks.
Data and integration scope
Identify the data entering Enablism, the connected systems and the people who should access each workflow. Review the Data Processing Agreement and subprocessor list.
Written service terms
Confirm the support scope, escalation route and availability terms in the Order. Record additional requirements before launch.
